Jess Pendley is a writer, editor, game designer, and self-proclaimed "pretty rad dude". 

She's the co-founder of Underground Oracle Publishing, Unplaytested Presents, and the TTRPG Rising Tide community and has written Harrow:The Blighted Plane, No Mercy For Monsters, and myriad other TTRPG titles. 

Jess is currently working on the anthro sci-fi TTRPG Foxfire, the high fantasy TTRPG Quaseloth, and several comic book and interactive fiction projects yet to be made public.
